The revised Report on the Implementation of Immediate Countermeasures against the Emergency at Fukushima Daini Nuclear Power Station
 
Per the instruction document* titled "Submission request for the Report on 
the Implementation of Immediate Countermeasures against the Emergency at 
Fukushima Daini Nuclear Power Station" from the Nuclear and Industrial 
Safety Agency (NISA) of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the 
report for the implementation status of the immediate countermeasures 
against the emergency at Fukushima Daini Nuclear Power Station was 
submitted to NISA.
                               (previously announced on November 11, 2011)
 
The revised report, which includes the updated status such as the residual 
heat removal system (RHR) (A) of Unit 1 was repaired on November 17, all 
of the Units were therefore multiplexed with the RHR, etc., was submitted 
to NISA.
