Report to NISA regarding Reinvestigation Results on Mistakes in Reports of Emergency Countermeasures for Safety
On September 15, 2011, we received an instruction document titled 
"Regarding the Investigation of the Mistakes in the Reports of Emergency 
Countermeasures for Safety (Instruction)*1" from the Nuclear and Industrial 
Safety Agency (NISA) of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
In accordance with this instruction, we investigated the mistakes and found 
two mistakes concerning the installation level of the main equipment in the 
report of the emergency countermeasures for safety at Fukushima Daini 
Nuclear Power Station. 
We have already informed the result to NISA on September 28th.
On October 26, 2011, we received an instruction document titled "Regarding 
the reinvestigation of the Mistakes in the Reports of Emergency 
Countermeasures for Safety (Instruction)*1" from NISA.
              (Previously announced on September 15 and 28 and October 26)

In accordance with this instruction, we investigated the mistakes in the 
following reports that have already been submitted to NISA and we found 
mistakes concerning the power load and so on in the report of the emergency 
countermeasures for safety at Fukushima Daini Nuclear Power Station and the 
report of a severe accident. Therefore we reported the reinvestigation 
results, causes, and prevention measures to NISA, and submitted an amended 
report of emergency countermeasures for safety at Fukushima Daini Nuclear 
Power Station and an amended report of the severe accident to NISA. 
The mistakes have no impact on the evaluation results.
