Toyota Tsusho Corporation (President: Jun Karube) ("TTC") and The Tokyo
Electric Power Company, Incorporated (President: Toshio Nishizawa)
("TEPCO") hereby announce that we passed a resolution to change our
investment ratio in Eurus Energy Holdings Corporation ("Eurus Energy"),
respectively.
Specifically, TEPCO will transfer 20% of the aggregate number of issued
shares out of 60% of shares held by it to TTC; accordingly, TTC will become
the largest shareholder of Eurus Energy.

TTC places the electricity business and the business using renewable energy
as priority areas. In particular, TTC quickly started making efforts to
conduct the wind power business in the late 1980's, and now it globally
promotes the wind and solar power businesses through investment in Eurus
Energy. It is expected that the demand for environmentally-friendly wind
and solar power businesses will expand worldwide and TTC aims to further
expand these businesses towards the creation of a sustainable society in
the future.
TEPCO will continue to support the expansion of the businesses of Eurus
Energy as one of its major shareholders.
