Report on the Accident Operation Manuals of Units 1 to 3 at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station (Second continued report)
We received the instruction document*1 titled "Submission request for the 
report on the Accident Operation Manuals of Units 1 to 3 at Fukushima 
Daiichi Nuclear Power Station" from the Nuclear and Industrial Safety 
Agency (NISA) of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
                                   (Previously announced on September 27)

Based on the instructions, we submitted a report to NISA on the Accident 
Operation Manuals of Unit 1 at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station on 
September 27, and on the Accident Operation Manuals of Unit 2 and 3 at 
Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station on September 28, respectively.

Further, we also received an instruction document*2 from NISA titled 
"Response based on the report on the Accident Operation Manuals of Unit 1 
at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station" on September 27 and an 
instruction document*3 from NISA titled "Response based on the report on 
the Accident Operation Manuals of Unit 2 and 3 at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear 
Power Station" on September 28.

Per the instructions, we have organized materials regarding information 
contained in the Accident Operations Manual of Unit 1 at Fukushima Daiichi 
Nuclear Power Station that may be detrimental to safety and reported them 
to NISA yesterday.

website for timely and accurate information.
