We received the instruction document*1 titled "Submission request for the
report on the Accident Operation Manuals of Units 1 to 3 at Fukushima
Daiichi Nuclear Power Station" from the Nuclear and Industrial Safety
Agency (NISA) of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
(Previously announced on September 27)
Based on the instructions, yesterday we submitted a report to NISA on the
Accident Operation Manuals of Unit 1 at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power
Station.
In addition, yesterday we also received an instruction document*2 from NISA
titled "Response based on the report on the Accident Operation Manuals of
Unit 1 at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station".

Today, we submitted a report to NISA on the Accident Operation Manuals of
Unit 2 and 3 at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station.
We also received an instruction document*3 from NISA titled "Response based
on the report on the Accident Operation Manuals of Unit 2 and 3 at
Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station".
Per the instructions, we will organize materials regarding information
contained in the Accident Operations Manual that may be detrimental to
safety if publicly released and report them to NISA.
