Amendment of report to NISA in relation to the impact of Tohoku-Chihou Taiheiyo-Oki Earthquake to Nuclear Reactor Facilities at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station
We have put all efforts on settlement of the situation as the first 
priority regarding the severe accident of the nuclear power station caused 
by Tohoku Chihou Taiheiyou Oki Earthquake occurred on March 11, and 
conducted a thorough survey and review on the accident.

We reported the status of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station affected 
by Tohoku-Chihou Taiheiyo-Oki Earthquake and subsequent Tsunami identified 
to date to Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency (NISA), Ministry of 
Economy, Trade and Industry today.
                               (Previously announced on September 9, 2011)

We reported today to NISA that there were mistakes in the report which had 
been submitted to NISA. 

At the moment, the whole data is prepared in Japanese at the page.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
