The Tokyo Electric Power Company, Incorporated announce that executive 
officer Mr. Kunihiko Shimura (General Manager, Inter-group Business 
Department) and executive officer Mr. Ken Yanagihashi (Deputy General 
Manager, Power Network Department) will resign effective from September 30, 
2011.
Executive officer Mr. Shimura will be appointed as managing director of 
FUEL TEPCO Limited and executive officer Mr. Yanagihashi will be appointed 
as managing director of TEPCO SYSTEMS CORPORATION respectively (the date of 
appointment will be on annual shareholders meeting of each company which 
will be held in late September).
