We deeply apologize for the anxiety and inconvenience caused by the
accident at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station and Fukushima Daini
Nuclear Power Station.

We have been paying out "Additional Temporary Compensation" to the people
forced to evacuate due to the accident based on application for the damage
and loss concerning the evacuation (already announced on July 5), and in
addition we have newly decided to pay to the people who lived in the area
that a local government demanded the residents to evacuate temporarily.

For those who have already applied to "Temporary Compensation" (Already
announced in April 15) for damage and losses caused by the evacuation, we
will send by mail the requisition documents to the requested "head of
household or delegate of house". If you have any change on the address
etc. after your requisition, please contact us to the number listed below.

Considering of the guideline of the Committee of Compensation for Nuclear
Damages Dispute and under the framework of the "Institute of Nuclear
Damages Compensation", We continuously progress the preparation to start
Regular Compensation promptly.

*1 "The area in which local government ordered to residents to evacuate
   temporarily", which is described in "No3. Regarding damage caused by
   the evacuation order by the  national government " in "Intermediate
   guideline regarding judgment of the Nuclear Damage Area caused by the
   accident of Fukushima Daiichi and Fukushima Daini Nuclear Power Station
   of Tokyo Electric Power Company".
