Report to NISA on "Response to Data Misentry Made by Kyusyu Electric Power Co., Inc., Regarding Seismic Safety Assessment for Reactor Building and Auxiliary Reactor Building of Unit 3, Genkai Nuclear Power Station"
On July 22, 2011, we received an instruction document titled "Response to
Data Misentry Made by Kyusyu Electric Power Co., Inc., Regarding Seismic
Safety Assessment for Reactor Building and Auxiliary Reactor Building of
Unit 3, Genkai Nuclear Power Station (Instruction)*" from Nuclear and
Industrial Safety Agency (NISA) of Ministry of Economy, Trade and
Industry. (Previously announced on July 22, 2011)

As the result of our review regarding our evaluation system to make sure
there is no data miss entry based on the Instruction, we confirmed our
evaluation system had no problem and quality assurance activity for
analysis work conducted adequately. On the same day, we submitted the
report to NISA.
