Report to NISA regarding the improvement of radiation exposures by workers who have exceeded dose limit while engaged in emergency works at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station
 
On July 13, 2011, we received an instruction document titled "Improvement 
instruction regarding the exposure of radiation workers exceeding dose 
limit at emergency work in Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station of Tokyo 
Electric Power Company (instruction)"* from Nuclear and Industrial Safety 
Agency (NISA) of Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. (previously 
announced on July 13)
 
Since then we finished a report on the cause investigation and preventive 
measures with regards to radiation exposures by workers who have exceeded 
dose limit while engaged in emergency works at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear 
Power Station, which we submitted to NISA today.
 
Moreover, regarding an event that occurred on July 26 where a worker of a 
partner company found himself wearing a mask without a charcoal filter, we 
reported the cause investigation and preventive measures to NISA based on 
the verbal instruction from them.
