With regard to the accident at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station due
to the March 11th (Fri), 2011 Tohoku-Chihou-Taiheiyo-Oki Earthquake, we
are currently making our utmost effort to bring the situation under
control. On April 17th, we released a road map towards restoration from
the accident. One month later we prepared a progress report that was
released on May 17th.
(Previously announced on April 17th and May 17th)
Today, as two months have passed since we presented the roadmap towards
restoration, we would like to present the status quo of the progress.
Details of the progress are as attached.
We would like to deeply apologize again for the grave inconvenience and
anxiety that the broad public has been suffering due to the accident at
the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station. We will continue to make
every endeavor to bring the situation under control.
