Nonconformances Found in the Inspection and Restoration Works Performed after the Niigata-
Chuetsu-Oki Earthquake
Based on the "Public Announcement Regarding Nonconformance Found in the Inspection and
Restoration Works Performed after the Niigata-Chuetsu-Oki Earthquake", the Tokyo Electric
Power Company, Incorporated (TEPCO) provides this announcement containing incidents
information reported from June 25 to July 1, 2009.

◇ Other Findings
- In response to the incident of hydrogen concentration increase of the off-gas system
that occurred at other utilities' units, replacement work of the instrumentation piping
for the hydrogen concentration gauge with the purpose of early detection of hydrogen
concentration increase is underway at Unit No.6 from June 29 to July 8, 2009.
