Nonconformances Found in the Inspection and Restoration Works Performed after
the Niigata-Chuetsu-Oki Earthquake
Based on the "Public Announcement Regarding Nonconformance Found in the Inspection
and Restoration Works Performed after the Niigata-Chuetsu-Oki Earthquake", the Tokyo
Electric Power Company, Incorporated (TEPCO) provides this announcement containing
incidents information reported from February 12th to February 18th, 2009.

◇ Other Findings
- Work on installing outdoor fire protection system piping on Arahama-side to be
placed above ground that was commenced on April 28th, 2008 was completed on
February 17, 2009. All the works on outdoor fire protection system piping to
be above ground were completed with work on Ominato-side that had been conducted
from March 21st, 2008 to June 27th, 2008.
