Nonconformances Found in the Inspection and Restoration Works Performed after the
   Niigata-Chuetsu-Oki Earthquake

Based on the "Public Announcement Regarding Nonconformance Found in the Inspection
and Restoration Works Performed after the Niigata-Chuetsu-Oki Earthquake", the Tokyo

incidents information reported from September 4th to September 10th, 2008.

  ○ Incidents Information (relating to the Chuetsu-Oki Earthquake)
Incidents Information (relating to the Chuetsu-Oki Earthquake)
< Reports from September 4 to September 10, 2008 >
Reports from September 4 to September 10, 2008
○ Other Findings • Information on Nonconformances (those related to: the Chuetsu-Oki Earthquake; Grades As, A, B, C, D; and non-graded)
* Numbers are corrected due to an incident that had been double-counted. • While confirming contamination of damaged pallets in the solid waste storage warehouse to have them stored on site, a minuscule amount of radioactive material -- about 1.6 Becquerel/cm2 -- was found on one of the pallets on September 4th, 2008. The pallet has been covered by a sheet and is stored in the solid waste storage warehouse. • Functional tests to verify system integrity are to begin on September 18th, 2008 as planned in revision 4 of the "Inspection and Evaluation Plan of Unit 7 Facility Integrity."
