Nonconformances Found in the Inspection and Restoration Works Performed after the
Niigata-Chuetsu-Oki Earthquake
Based on the "Public Announcement Regarding Nonconformance Found in the Inspection
and Restoration Works Performed after the Niigata-Chuetsu-Oki Earthquake", the Tokyo
Electric Power Company, Incorporated (TEPCO) provides this announcement containing
incidents information reported from June 19th to June 25th, 2008.

○ Other Findings
Unit No.7
Visual inspection was conducted for forks of 252 rotor blades on the 15th stage of
the low-pressure turbine (C) (126 blades each on generator-side and turbine-side).
As a result, no damage was found. Additionally, non-destructive investigation resulted
in an indication on the fork of a rotor blade on the turbine-side. Indication was not
found on the generator-side.
