We announce that today fuel cost adjusted unit prices for July 2008 to 
September 2008 are fixed with public announcement of fuel prices (customs 
statistics prices of crude oil, LNG and coal) for January 2008 to March 2008.

1. Fuel cost adjusted unit price 
 ○ The average fuel cost adjusted unit price for July 2008 to September 2008 
    will increase by 0.46yen/kWh, compared with that for April 2008 to June 
    2008.


2. Presumed impact to a residential customer
   (30A, 290kWh/month , including credit account discount and consumption tax)
 ○ Monthly electricity charge for July 2008 to September 2008 would increase by 
    137yen, compared with that for April 2008 to June 2008.
