Kyodo News on December 22 and some local papers on December 23 reported that "On December 22, TEPCO and Nuclear Damage Liability Facilitation Fund start to discuss the resignation of TEPCO's President and Chairman in line with the management reform in order to receive the capital injection by public funds."

However, the fact is that we have not reached any concrete decisions yet.
