There has been reports by certain medias that "TEPCO is moving toward
provisional indemnification". TEPCO hasn't made any release to that effect.
We are, in good faith, preparing for the indemnification in relation to the
release of radioactive substances based on the Law on Compensation for
Nuclear Damage with the assistance from the government. The specific content
is not yet decided.
We deeply apologize for causing significant inconvenience and concern to the
general public by the accident at our Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power
Station.
