Real estate	The target of 247.2 billion yens has been achieved in FY2014. Continue to sell off real estate not directly involved with the electricity business (incl. real estate owned by subsidiaries) to realize the best efficient business operation even after the target has been achieved. Convert real estate not targeted for sell into rental properties.
